You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide to us is accurate, current and complete. This includes your employment history, qualifications, Right to Work status and any certifications. Providing false information may result in your application being withdrawn.

3.3 No Guarantee of Placement

Registering with Key Resourcing does not guarantee an interview, job offer or placement. We will use reasonable efforts to match you with suitable opportunities, but we cannot guarantee any specific outcome.

3.4 Confidentiality of Roles

Many of our roles are handled confidentially on behalf of our clients. The full employer name and exact location are shared with you directly by our consultants, not published on the website. You agree to treat this information as confidential and not to approach the employer directly without our involvement.

3.5 Supporting Documents

Sensitive documents such as passports, visas and DBS certificates must be sent to us by email at info@keyresourcing.uk. We do not accept or store these through the website.

4. Services for Employers and Clients

4.1 Engagement

Our specific commercial terms, including fees, payment schedules and rebate arrangements, are set out in a separate written agreement provided at the point of engagement. Those terms take precedence over this section in the event of any conflict.

4.2 Introductions

An introduction is deemed to have taken place when we supply a client with a candidate's details, whether in writing, by email or verbally. Where a client engages an introduced candidate within twelve months of introduction, our standard fee becomes payable.

4.3 Client Obligations

• To provide accurate and complete information about the role, including salary, location and requirements
• To notify us promptly when an introduced candidate is offered or engaged
• To carry out your own final verification of a candidate's qualifications, references and Right to Work
• To comply with all applicable employment law in respect of any candidate engaged

4.4 Candidate Screening

We take reasonable steps to verify the information candidates provide, including reference checks and Right to Work verification where instructed. However, the final responsibility for confirming a candidate's suitability, qualifications and eligibility to work rests with the employer.

5. Job Listings

Job listings on this website are provided in good faith and are believed to be accurate at the time of publication. Roles may be filled, withdrawn or amended at any time without notice. Salary figures are indicative and subject to negotiation between the employer and candidate.
