From candidates who apply or register:

• Full name, email address and telephone number
• Profile photograph (optional)
• Current and previous job titles and employment history
• Skills, qualifications and educational background
• Salary expectations and preferred working location
• Personal statement and career objectives
• Right to Work status and DBS information (provided separately by email - never stored online)
• References (names and companies only - not contacted without your consent)

From employers and clients:

• Name, job title and company name
• Business email address and telephone number
• Details of roles and recruitment requirements

From website visitors:

• Information submitted via our contact form
• Basic usage data such as pages visited and browser type

3. How We Use Your Information

• To match candidates with suitable job opportunities
• To contact you regarding your application or enquiry
• To introduce candidates to prospective employers - always with your knowledge

We will never sell your personal data to third parties, nor share it outside of Key Resourcing and the employers we work with without your explicit consent.

We retain candidate profiles and application data for up to two years from the date of last contact or activity. After this period, data is securely deleted unless you have asked us to retain it or we have an ongoing relationship. Client data is retained for as long as necessary to manage the business relationship and to meet our legal and financial obligations.
