About the Role

The Guest Relations Manager is responsible for delivering a consistently high standard of guest service across Front Office, Food & Beverage and guest-facing areas. The role will act as a key link between departments, ensuring that guests receive a seamless and personalised experience from arrival through to departure. The position will support the operational management of Front Office and F&B, monitor service standards, resolve guest concerns, drive guest satisfaction and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
